As I have progressed on my own life journey, I have moved away from understanding the world through my head and am more connected to my heart and body. This opens up new avenues of understanding. In my practice, I incorporate mindfulness, relaxation techniques, breath, and hypnotherapy. As we heal the places of disconnection and trauma in our being, we are able to bring that healing and integration into the world.
